DEI Committee
The C-4 Analytics DEI committee is responsible for developing and recommending policies, programs, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the company’s operations.
The committee works closely with management, HR, and other departments to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization, from recruitment and hiring to promotions, training, and development. The committee also provides guidance and support to employees from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.
