Promoting Inclusivity

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) committee plays a crucial role in promoting a more inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees. The committee is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the company’s operations.

Engaging Discussion

The DE&I committee hosts a variety of engaging and informative presentations and panels on important topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Past presentations include a Women in Automotive panel, a Diversity in Automotive panel and a Black History Month presentation, just to name a few. We welcome all new ideas!

Driving Integration

The committee works closely with management, HR and other departments to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization, from recruitment and hiring to promotions, training and development. The committee also provides guidance and support to employees from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.

What is the interview process like at your company?
