DE&I Committee: Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion At C-4 Analytics

Promoting Inclusivity
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) committee plays a crucial role in promoting a more inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees. The committee is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the company’s operations.
Engaging Discussion
The DE&I committee hosts a variety of engaging and informative presentations and panels on important topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Past presentations include a Women in Automotive panel, a Diversity in Automotive panel and a Black History Month presentation, just to name a few. We welcome all new ideas!
Driving Integration
The committee works closely with management, HR and other departments to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization, from recruitment and hiring to promotions, training and development. The committee also provides guidance and support to employees from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.

Why C-4 Analytics, LLC.? Where to begin? After being here for a little more than a year, this could be a dissertation but I’ll try to keep it brief. For some time now, I’ve focused on fulfilling the guiding phrase that one can make a dollar and a difference. C-4 provides services to its clients that truly make a difference in their businesses. It’s a great bonus that I get paid competitively to aid in that work.
The people here are also great to work with. No company is perfect but C-4 has managed to hire awesome, hardworking, responsive, problem solvers. I love being a part of a team that works hard, complains little, and always drives toward success. The energy in the company, even in a remote setting, is infectious and definitely the place to work if you’re looking to grow not only professionally, but personally as well.
I have really enjoyed my time in C4 so far. From my very first day, I felt empowered by my team that I have access to all of C4 for my work. So in my first month, I set out to have 1on1s with people from every team to get to know them and how they specifically used our products and what are some things that could be helpful for them. This gave me a lot of insight for my role that has proven very valuable and made it so I felt like I knew a lot of C4 so collaborations with various teams have been made easier.
I was able to work on very exciting projects especially related to AI which is the new frontier and has a lot of room for growth. I am constantly learning new things in the industry and trying to apply them to make better products for C4. I appreciate C4's GSD mentality which means everyone is focused on the end goal and progress doesn't have to wait. Having a voice in the direction of our team and everything we do from the very first day is something I really appreciate and I highly value this opportunity as I feel like I have a stake in what I do. It also helps me put on a different lens when I think about problems and helps foster further growth in my mindset.
I have worked for C-4 since 2021 and I can say honestly I work for a company that values my personal and professional development. What makes C-4 such a pleasure to work for is the people. We have a phenomenal and inclusive culture of support and collaboration. If any employee wants to grow and learn there are an innumerable amount of resources and training available. From a sales perspective, we have an AMAZING sales trainer, who works with us on a weekly basis to sharpen our skills and work through challenges on deals.
I came into this company from Automotive retail and have always taken the approach of putting my sleeves up when necessary to get things done. From TOP to bottom of this organization that is the mindset and mentality of this team. WE GSD and we do it as a team. I have never felt hesitation to reach out and collaborate with other teams or even Justin and Mike if necessary.
Work is such a large piece of our lives and working with people who care about you, your clients and the team makes all of the difference. My two-year anniversary is coming up and I look forward to many more anniversaries with C-4 for years to come.
