C-4 Analytics Announces Strategic Partnership with BV Investment Partners
Boston, MA – January 18, 2017 – C-4 Analytics, LLC, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing firms in North America, has entered into a strategic partnership with Boston-based BV Investment Partners (BV). Through this partnership, C-4 Analytics will accelerate the expansion of its technology platform, service offerings and client services to further its leadership in the tech-enabled digital marketing sector.
Under the terms of the partnership, BV will invest capital in exchange for a minority ownership stake in C-4 Analytics. C-4 Analytics’ founders Michael Weiss and Justin Cook will maintain a majority interest and control and will continue day-to-day management of the company.
